Well readers, It's a common question that is asked by a lot of people. Many advertisements, articles, and people said a lot of complicated things about " How to Lose Weight ". Then you'll be interested and spend lots of mony on it. It's simple... calories in < calories out. If you want a fast result, you can use diet pills, but diet pills don't maximum for everyone. Yes I did use some diet pills on my first weight loss, but then I realized that is dangerous, and now I'm in my natural vegetarian diet now. It's slow, but sure.
Some factors that you need to pay attention to :
- Your Willingness
Without a strong willingness, you won't reach any goal, you'll stop in the middle of diet or gain more weight.
- Supports
Whether it's from your family, friends, boyfriend or girlfriend, you need it !!! Tell them, make them understand, because our closest people hold big influences on us. I couldn't make it if my family didn't support me.
- Self Control
You need to have a strong self Control, make motivation. Each time you feel like you want to give up, always remember that you want to use that petite skinny jeans. Or you can make your own motivation list.
- Plans
This holds the biggest influence. What is your plan ?? losing weight ?? Think about activities that you do everyday, correct your meals, count rough calories you eat everyday.
My diet plans were :
Breakfast
- Eat 4 tbs of oatmeal with some berries and a little bit honey
- A cup of green tea
- A sachet of agar-agar
Lunch
- Eat 4 tbs of oatmeal with sccrambled eggs or pickled carrots and cucumber
- a cup of green tea
- yoghurt/snack bar if you feel hungry
if I don't have time to prepare the lunch, I will buy a portion of karedok ( sundanese salad )
Dinner
- Scrambled egg with sprout
- Green tea agar
I went home a half way with walking then I use public transportation. Use any activity to burn calories.
